I put third thing... I'll refer to 12.8 as 13 just cuz like lately here its been between 13-20C in the day so to me 13 feels comparatively cold rn but in winter or spring when its like single digits or minuses I usually go outside to enjoy the warmth when its 12+ so it depends!!!!
